Returns 

 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the day after you receive your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. You are permitted to try on garments as you would in a store, but items must not show signs of wear or damage. We reserve the right to make a deduction if the value of the item is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess suitability.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@kadijakanu.com with your order number. Our client services team will guide you through the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.

International returns are accepted under the same conditions. Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Tailored or custom-made pieces are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

 

 

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow a 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
