2.1 All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or system errors.

2.3 A legally binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

2.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your order is accurate and complete.

2.5 We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

 

 

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable), unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Full payment must be made after the order confirmation using accepted payment methods (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal).

3.3 Your payment method will be charged immediately upon confirmation of your order.

3.4 Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed by us.

3.5 If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or administrative error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.

 

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays or force majeure events.

4.2 Shipping costs are calculated and sent via email before you confirm your order.

4.3 Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the address provided.

4.4 If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the estimated date, you may be entitled to a full refund under consumer law.

 

 

5. International Orders

5.1 We offer international shipping to selected countries. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local import laws.

5.2 Import duties, customs charges, and taxes are not included in our prices (unless explicitly stated) and are your responsibility.

6. Returns and Cancellations

6.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6.2 To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact us at info@kadijakanu.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 further days to return the goods.

6.3 You may use the model cancellation form available upon request, but this is not mandatory.

6.4 Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

6.5 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

6.6 Custom Tailored pieces are exempt from cancellation and return rights unless faulty or not as described.

6.7 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

 

 

7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

7.1 If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@kadijakanu.com within 7 days of receipt.

7.2 You have a legal right to a full refund for faulty goods within 7  days of receiving them.

7.3 Where applicable, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, and cover any return postage costs in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8.1 All content on our website—including product designs, images, branding, and logos—is the intellectual property of Kadija Kanu.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without our prior written consent.
